About the role:
We’re looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Intern who wants to understand how backend systems really work. You’ll be mentored by experienced Backend Developers and work hands-on with Ruby on Rails. We value initiative, ownership, and honest communication. We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect curiosity, demonstrated interest in backend development and the willingness to take responsibility for your learning. In return, we’ll offer guidance, feedback, and a safe environment where learning is the main focus.
The person we are looking for:
Final-year student or recent graduate
Is passionate about software development
Has basic knowledge of programming basics, patterns, databases and understands how everything is connected
Has good communications skills
Is fluent in written and verbal English
is located in Sibiu or willing to relocate for long term collaboration
Benefits:
Paid Internship: Brut: 4054 lei
Duration: 3 to 6 months. After this time, we expect you to move to a developer role.
