Junior UX/UI Designer

About the role:

As a freak UX/UI designer you will dedicate your time to find nice and friendly ways to fulfill the wants and needs of our users.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
  • Research customers, competitors, and products
  • Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
  • Work with developers to ensure product quality
  • Work closely with product owners to maximize customer success

 This is what we need from you

  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience (internships, freelance work, bootcamps, or self-initiated projects)
  • A portfolio or examples of any UI/UX design work you’ve done — even personal projects or practice exercises
  • Interest in UI/UX design and eagerness to learn and grow in the role
  • Basic understanding of wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to help you get comfortable)
  • Some exposure to graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a bonus
  • Willingness to learn about design systems and how they are created and maintained
  • Good understanding of the software development process and how design fits into it
  • Creative mindset, empathy for users, and strong listening skills
  • Curious about new technologies and open to adopting best practices
